Content Marketing Manager
Levellr is the enterprise community intelligence and management solution for Discord & Reddit, used by some of the world’s largest gaming companies (Scopely, Krafton, Epic), and brands (Google, YouTube, SoundCloud) to help them grow, manage and monetise their communities.
We’re hiring our first Content Marketing Manager.
This is a genuine from-scratch role. There’s no existing content engine, no rigid plan, and no playbook to follow yet.
You’ll own how Levellr shows up to the market through content. That means figuring out what to say, where to say it, and how to make it resonate with the right people across Gaming, Consumer and Music.
You’ll report to the Head of Growth, while also working closely with the CS, Product, and Sales teams to shape messaging, test ideas, and build a content motion that actually drives the pipeline, not just impressions.
This is hands-on, experimental and high ownership. You’ll be expected to think commercially and move quickly.
What you’ll do
Build the content engine from zero
Define Levellr’s content strategy across key audiences and verticals
Decide what formats matter and what doesn’t
Establish a consistent voice and point of view
Create content that drives real outcomes
Write and ship content across LinkedIn, website, case studies, sales enablement and campaigns
Turn customer stories into compelling narratives
Translate product capabilities into clear, commercial messaging
Work closely with customers and the market
Spend time understanding how companies like Epic, YouTube and Universal actually use Levellr
Pull insights from sales calls, customer conversations and product usage
Build content that reflects real problems, not generic SaaS messaging
Experiment and iterate
Test formats, hooks and distribution strategies
Double down on what works and drop what doesn’t
Help shape early demand generation alongside Growth
Support the wider GTM motion
Partner with Sales on outbound messaging and collateral
Help refine positioning and ICP clarity
Contribute to how Levellr is perceived in the market
What we’re looking for
Experience creating content in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
Strong writing ability with a clear, direct style
Someone who understands that content is there to drive pipeline, not just engagement
Commercial awareness and curiosity about how businesses grow
Interest in gaming, consumer brands, or online communities is a plus
Design skills is a plus
You don’t need to have done this exact role before. You do need to be able to take ownership and build something from nothing.
Who we are
Levellr was founded by Tom (CEO) and Ben (CTO), who have experience in both start-ups and large scale companies (YouTube, Eleven Sports). Since 2021 we’ve grown the team to 30+ employees and are backed by a number of successful angels (Mark Pincus, Dylan Collins, Mitch Lasky, Bing Gordon, Frank Gibeau to name a few). The product that we are building is growing in multiple verticals, seeing a 6x growth over the last 3 years and on track to continue.
We believe in substance over hype. We're a product-led company building a sustainable business by solving our customers' most pressing problems. This allows us to create a culture and a company that we're proud to build together. Some of the values we stand for:
We have ownership. We embrace change and take bold risks.
We get shit done. We have a bias for action and love creating value from our code and our conversations.
We disagree and commit. We give radically honest feedback and challenge assumptions, then get behind the result & move on.
We grow in uncertainty. We listen to market feedback and iterate continuously to build products our customers love.
We care. We care about our team and our community/(ies).
