About us

Levellr is the enterprise marketing solution for Discord, used by some of the world’s largest gaming companies (Scopely, Krafton, Epic), brands (Google Gemini & YouTube) and music labels (Universal, Warner) to help them grow, manage and monetise communities on Discord.

As we continue to scale across our core verticals - Gaming, Consumer Brands, and Music - we are hiring 2x Senior AE to accelerate new business growth in EMEA and beyond.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments: you’ll win new logos, build pipeline from day one, and work closely with our CEO and founding team to help shape the go-to-market playbook.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales process from prospecting → qualification → demo → commercial negotiation → close.

  • Drive net-new revenue across our Gaming and Consumer Brand verticals.

  • Build and manage a healthy, predictable pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and strategic account mapping.

  • Experiment with messaging, ICPs, and outreach tactics to discover repeatable motions.

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine our pitch, value prop, and product feedback loops.

  • Partner with marketing and product to align GTM and ensure tight coordination on deals.

  • Influence the early commercial playbook—what works, what doesn’t, and where to focus next.

  • Work alongside Customer Success to identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and deepen relationships within existing customers.

  • Help define the sales process, CRM hygiene, pipeline expectations, and early operational discipline.

  • Contribute insight that shapes hiring, segmentation, and future team structure as we grow.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven, successful body of work in an Enterprise AE or Senior AE role at a B2B SaaS company (ideally 5+yrs experience, but open to levels)

  • Strong track record of winning new logos and closing complex deals with enterprise customers

  • Comfort running a high-volume outbound motion—creative, persistent prospecting is a must
    Experience selling to marketing, product, digital, or community teams is a plus

  • Someone who thrives without existing rigid processes and enjoys helping create them

  • Data- and CRM-driven (HubSpot experience helpful)

  • A collaborative mindset: you like working with product, founders, and early-stage operators

  • Hunger, curiosity, and the motivation to be a foundational part of a scaling GTM org
