Levellr is the enterprise community intelligence and management solution for Discord & Reddit, used by some of the world’s largest gaming companies (Scopely, Krafton, Epic), and brands (Google, YouTube, SoundCloud) to help them grow, manage and monetise their communities.
As we continue to scale, we’re now hiring our first Head of Growth to scale our marketing engine and accelerate new business growth.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our CEO / Co-Founder to refine our go-to-market approach, open new growth opportunities, and establish a foundation for future revenue expansion.
The Role
Your job is to get more of the right companies using Levellr.
You’ll figure out how we build and scale our go-to-market function - testing what works and doing more of it.
Top of funnel, rev ops, content, ads, SEO, events, partnerships. You'll own the website, build dashboards, align with Product, talk to customers, and work with Sales to understand why deals close and why they don't.
This is a hands-on role. You'll run campaigns yourself while writing the playbook for a small but mighty function over time. Your job is to figure out how we build and scale our go-to-market function. There's no strategy deck to hide behind, that’s what you’ll build.
You’ll be targeted on new ARR. You’ll build an efficient go-to-market engine that generates leads that convert into customers. And stay as customers.
What you’ll do
Demand Generation & Funnel Growth
Drive a significant increase in high-quality inbound leads through digital marketing, content, SEO, paid channels, and experimentation
Own and optimise Levellr’s website, landing pages, and conversion paths.
Cross-Functional GTM Alignment
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and CS to create a cohesive, seamless customer journey - from first touch to closed-won to activation to expansion.
Feed market insights, campaign data, and user behaviour into product, CS, and sales strategy.
Packaging & Positioning
Continuously refine our positioning and messaging based on customer feedback and data.
Identify opportunities to increase conversion for both enterprise and self-serve motions.
Analytics, Segmentation & Insights
Use data to identify the most promising verticals, ICPs, and customer segments and focus efforts where ROI is highest.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that guide decisions across marketing and sales.
Activation, Adoption & Retention
Ensure new customers quickly reach their “first value moment,” supporting higher activation and long-term adoption.
Build engagement loops, lifecycle campaigns, and retention processes that supplement (not rely entirely on) Customer Success.
Scaling the Growth Engine
Establish the systems, workflows, and playbooks needed to scale demand generation over time.
As results compound, build out the growth function - adding specialists, channels, and budget.

Increase ARR, by increasing volume and quality of inbound leads
Improve conversion rates from lead → opportunity → customer
Reduce CAC while increasing marketing efficiency
Demonstrate a scalable, repeatable growth engine that compounds over time
What we’re looking for:

Levellr was founded by Tom (CEO) and Ben (CTO), who have experience in both start-ups and large scale companies (YouTube, Eleven Sports). Since 2021 we’ve grown the team to 30+ employees and are backed by a number of successful angels (Mark Pincus, Dylan Collins, Mitch Lasky, Bing Gordon, Frank Gibeau to name a few). The product that we are building is growing in multiple verticals, seeing a 6x growth over the last 3 years and on track to continue.
