Levellr is looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing startup and help us build our company, team, and product. As a Senior Sales AE, you will be at the core of building a business that is changing the foundation of fan engagement, as we look to you to help unlock new verticals at Levellr: gaming.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup just as we begin our expansion. Over the next few years, we’ll be working together to build the fundamentals of our product, culture, and business. We’ll be launching new products, growing our team, and building a long-term growth engine. We work with household brands like Starbucks; global music artists like Fred Again & Swedish House Mafia; and major labels at Sony, Warner & Universal, and gaming companies like Playgig.

Your responsibilities:

Sales Focus:

  • You will own the pipeline for gaming, delivering a strategy to hit growth targets.

  • You will help build Levellr's market fit in the gaming vertical and then build the team & processes to scale around growth.

  • You will work closely with the product team to increase product fit, establishing a strong culture of feedback loops and directly feeding into the roadmap.

  • You will act as an evangelist for Levellr in the marketplace.

  • Once you’ve built a repeatable sales model for gaming, you’ll build fast-moving and open-minded sales teams as necessary, dictated by the pipeline and sales strategy, whilst motivating and maintaining a high-performance sales team.

  • You’ll compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities.

Who are you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in sales within gaming, and ideally have a good understanding of the Discord landscape, with an eagerness to sell on day one.

  • Ideally, you’ve worked with an early-stage start-up through a scale period.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have a bias towards action. You ‘get stuff done.’

  • You love working with teams and building relationships across the business and with external customers and stakeholders.

  • You are driven by honesty, and transparency & are comfortable with feedback.

  • You have the ability to ensure financial and data oversight is of the highest calibre, whilst leveraging data to make decisions.

  • You have excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities.
