Senior Account Manager, Gaming - US

Levellr is the Enterprise Marketing Solution for Discord, used by some of the world’s largest gaming companies (Scopely, Krafton, Hutch), brands (Google, NFL) and music labels (Universal, Warner) to help them grow, manage and monetize communities on Discord.

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager in the US whose focus will be working with a number of our largest gaming clients using Levellr to help them thrive on Discord.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup as we continue our expansion, especially in the US. As Levellr’s Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted adviser for a portfolio of our top gaming clients (including AAA studios and fast-scaling publishers), helping them build thriving communities and maximise the value of Levellr's tools and insights.

From onboarding through to renewal and expansion, you’ll work strategically to deepen stakeholder relationships, drive outcomes using insights, and embed our tools as a core part of their community strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the strategic lead, responsible for retaining and expanding a portfolio of high-value accounts. Guiding clients from onboarding to becoming advocates for Levellr and thriving Discord communities.

  • Deliver unmatched value by crafting outcome-driven strategies that unlock the full potential of your clients’ Discord communities. Transforming powerful insights into measurable business impact.

  • Expand stakeholder networks across Marketing, Community, Product, and Executive levels to grow our footprint and influence

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Community Managers, Product, and Business Development to deliver seamless execution

  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts, driving upsell and expansion through consultative, value-led approaches

  • Champion the voice of the customer — distilling feedback and surfacing insights to influence product development

  • Mentor and lead by example across the CS team, sharing best practices and operational excellence

  • Thrive in a remote-first environment, excelling in asynchronous communication while remaining connected with clients and the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field (SaaS experience required)

  • Experience working with global gaming clients, especially US-based teams in marketing, ops, or community roles

  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth within complex accounts and multi-stakeholder environments

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex situations with stakeholder management both internally and externally

  • Attention to detail and solution-driven

  • A passion for understanding online communities and curious about the space as a whole

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Discord, community platforms, or player engagement tooling

  • Experience translating community engagement and/or player data into clear, strategic recommendations

  • Experience working with Notion

  • Experience working in startup/early stage SaaS environments

  • Formulating client or community feedback into effective product feature requests

Who we are

Levellr is run by two co-founders, Tom (CEO) and Ben (CTO), who have been building communities for the last 15 years at companies big (YouTube, Interpublic Group) and small (MyCujoo). We launched the company in 2021 with a mission to help our customers with the shift to community platforms like Discord and Reddit. We’ve largely bootstrapped so far, recently raising some investment from experienced gaming and media investors like Mitch Lasky, Owen Mahoney, Crush Ventures and Dylan Collins as well as senior executives from Krafton, Riot Games, Amazon, EA and SuperAwesome.

  • We work remotely. You’ll see us in calls from London coworking spaces, suburban home offices, and the occasional Airbnb.

  • We get stuff done. We have a bias for action and love creating value from nothing but our code and our conversations.

  • We thrive in uncertainty. We listen to market feedback and iterate continuously to build products our customers love.

  • We value autonomy, independence, transparency, and trust. We always do the right thing for the team and the business, even if it costs us & we give each other radically honest feedback and challenge assumptions.
